Those six wheelers look fab.
I'll be ordering a set of them. But don't tell the missus, she thinks I've got enough already!
(She jokes with friends that she takes them out of the back and sells them, without
me knowing of course, to make room for the new ones I keep bringing home.
Ummm....... Must go and do a stock check. Maybe she's NOT joking!)

Just the tonic after all the recent kerfuffle on the forum.

I can almost smell the freshly printed tinplate!

Now... where has Mrs T hidden my cheque book?!

These will go on the list along with the Schools ...and an A4 I've on order with Mr Toten...

Cheers, Steve

This appears on our 'Castle' page on our website.

'An error was made in our April and May HRCA ads in which a 'Castle' steam pipe was referred to as an 'exhaust pipe'. The consolation is that it proves our ads are examined line by line.'

I did originally describe it as a steam pipe but was overruled.

ACE had a very busy Sandown. All 'Castle' orders at £425 placed before close of play at Sandown will be honoured. The balance of the order will be delivered in one consignment by the third week in June. All orders at this price will have to be charged or paid for in full before the end of May.

All ACE Castles are now £595.

Did the website get "updated" to remove the advert?
The most recent one I see when I go to the link is September.

12 Superb LMS line up on Tue 04 Oct 2011, 08:49

Ever since the ACE Merseyside carriage set came out I've always wondered when the mainline LMS loco to haul them would appear. Then three come along at once. Thank you.

...but wait, what's that lurking in the background?

Lurking in the background of the ACE LMS advert appears to be a water tower of unknown origin. Possibly Allen Levy might advise. As for the line-up of LMS locos what a splendid sight for sore eyes. Alan Cliff

Allen,

How can we view your current advertisement clearly and legibly? Zooming in doesn't help.

Also, are the details in the ad the definite and complete final list of variations, or will there be others offered?

And when will orders start being taken?

Hello

If you are a member of the HRCA you will see the ad loud and clear on the back cover.

If not please email <trainsw11@aol.com> and I will mail a J Peg to you.

When you have it in clear print it will list the various offerings that we do not propose to alter.

The only special will be an unnumbered and unnamed locomotive for which a £50 deposit will be required to cover any cancellation.
